MYKAWAIICRATE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING GUIDE
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. *We provide Free Registered Shipping for all orders over $35 US Dollars, to most countries. Orders will be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Once we dispatch your order, the tracking code will be sent to you by email, and you can track your package via your local post office website once the order has arrived to your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.
- We ship via China Post Registered Mail, E-Packet, Cainiao Standard Shipping, or others, depending on the Country of destination, and package can be tracked all the way to you to most countries*. (*Unfortunately in some countries including UK, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Canada, Central America & South America, the Postal Services do not offer online tracking, (or very few scans) after the order has arrived to the destination country.)

Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed when submitting an order to our shop. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to address errors.
The average processing time is approximately 1 to 3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, Chinese National Holidays, etc. Some order can take between up to 10 business days to process. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Lunar New Year Shipping Times Notice: Orders placed from January 21st 2022 until February 8th 2022, will be shipped starting on February 9th on, and according to the time the order was received. The sooner you place the order, the sooner it will be dispatched once we are back to work after the Holiday.

*Please be aware that due to the current global situation regarding the Pandemic, all logistics companies around the world, have suffered extreme delays while adjusting to the new social distancing rules. Also, several international postal flights have been cancelled or rescheduled, causing delays. For these reasons, please note that your order may take an extra time to arrive.
*Please be aware that due to Customs clearance, parcels to Argentina and Chile may be subjected to extra holding time.
*Shipping times are estimated. We cannot guarantee the shipping times once your package has left our facility, and it's on the post office's hands. Please understand that we are not responsible for delays due to Customs.
HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Packages shipped via Registered Mail can be tracked all the way to you, except in remote countries.Once your package arrives to your destination country, it can be tracked on your country's Post Office website. Unfortunately in some countries (including Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Central America & South America) the Postal Services do not offer online tracking after the order has arrived to the destination country.
In some occasions we may ship your order in more than one package, and they may arrive at different times. The reasons could be:
- Your order contain many items, and in order to not damage the items, we may pack them separately.
- Your order contain too many items, so we spread in different packages in case of lost parcel, is easier to replace part of the order than the whole order.
- Simply comes from a different warehouse.
For selected items, we offer expedited shipping for extra charges. If your item is available for expedited shipping, you will be able to select it at checkout.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value added tax (VAT) when it arrives to your country. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Return PolicyProducts that are on SALE cannot be returned. Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
I RECEIVED MY ITEM BUT IT'S BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?:
If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, we'll need to see pictures of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or refund.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns, we'll do our best to fix the issue.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?:
If you need to make a change to your order, message us via the "Contact US" form on our page, within 1 hour after placing the order. We process orders very quickly, any messages received after the 1 hour time frame, will most likely not able to be changed.
IF A PRODUCT SAYS COLOR/DESIGN "RANDOMLY SENT", CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOR/DESIGN I WANT?
No. Please note that for items that clearly state that the color or design are randomly sent, means that the color or design cannot be chosen. Please don't assume that by leaving a note with your order, choosing the colors you want, you will receive the colors you want. Although we take into consideration customer requests, is not always possible. If you wish to order a specific color/design, please only order from the listings that let you pick color/design.
